Mr Naveen Jindal drives the Group with vision, conviction, and a deep belief in the power of enterprise to create change. Under his leadership, the Group has evolved into a global industrial powerhouse with interests across steel, mining, infrastructure, and renewable energy.

With a focus on sustainable and technology-led growth, he is steering the group towards carbon neutrality by 2047.

He is a Member of the Indian Parliament, currently serving his third term, and remains dedicated to advancing societal progress. His decade long campaign for every Indian’s right to hoist the National Flag led to a landmark Supreme Court ruling. As President of the Flag Foundation of India, he continues to inspire national pride.

Mr Jindal is the Founding Chancellor of O.P. Jindal Global University, ranked India’s No. 1 private university in the QS World University Rankings 2023, and serves as President of the Indian Steel Association. His work has earned international recognition, including the Lifetime Achievement Award from the University of Texas at Dallas (2023) and inclusion among Fortune India’s Best CEOs (2024). An avid polo player and national record-holder in skeet shooting, Mr Jindal brings the same spirit of focus and endurance to every pursuit.
