Jindal Paradip Port Limited is a key part of the Naveen Jindal Group’s logistics strategy. Its flagship development, the Western Dock Project at Paradip, is designed to enhance India’s cargo handling capacity and establish a benchmark for modern port operations on the eastern coast.
The Western Dock Project
Developed under a Build–Operate–Transfer model with the Paradip Port Authority, the Western Dock Project is designed to handle 25 million tonnes of cargo every year. It supports the movement of essential commodities such as coal, limestone, and steel products, connecting industries in the hinterland with global markets.
